• Other locations: 3–7 business days
• Remote areas: up to 8 business days

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping (may vary during offers)
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹50–₹100 charge
• Express shipping (if available): Charged separately

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp / SMS / Email within 24 hours.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

• Re-shipping charges will be payable by customer
• Order may be cancelled without refund of shipping charges

Please record an unboxing video while opening the parcel.

Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process claims for:
