RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY — Arohi’s Collection

We want you to love what you wear 💛
Since our products are delicate fashion jewellery, we follow a structured return policy to ensure fairness for both customers and brand.

Please read carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. But in case, you are unsatisfied with the order item(s), we would be happy to help you exchange.

Exchange eligibility

We only offer a replacement or refund for Damaged / Defective items. 

The product must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Have original packaging & tags intact
• Not have perfume, makeup, sweat or scratches
• Include unboxing video proof (mandatory for damage/missing claims)

Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Reporting Issues

In case you encounter any concerns or defects/damages with the product received, notify us within 48 hours of delivery (24 hours in case of damaged/missing items) via WhatsApp at +91-8660782899 or mail us at arohiscollection16@gmail.com 

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)

An unboxing video is compulsory for claims related to:

• Damaged product
• Missing item
• Wrong product received

The video must be continuous and recorded while opening the sealed package. Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process such claims.


Replacements

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a free replacement.

No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.


Refunds

After quality inspection approval:

• Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refund will be issued to original payment method
• Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable

Bank processing time may take additional 2–5 days.


Cancellation Policy

Terms of order cancellation by customer and/or by Arohi's Collection.

  • We offer you the ease of cancellation of your prepaid and COD orders within 24 hours of order placement.
  • To request cancellation, please call or Whatsapp on +91-8660782899 or write to us at arohiscollection16@gmail.com.
  • We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to various reasons that may include reasons such as unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, wrong product listing or pricing on the website, and intimation by our analytics team for payment-related or fraudulent practices issues, etc.
  • In the case where Arohi's Collection cancels prepaid orders, we shall refund the complete amount of the order in their registered bank account with us. We shall inform the customer about the same via mail on their registered email ID or via Whatsapp or via call.
  • Our decision to accept or cancel shall remain final and binding.
  • Any cancellations by the customer after placing prepaid orders will be charged for 3-4% (as payment gateway charges)

Important

Arohi’s Collection reserves the right to reject returns if the product is found used, damaged, or not in original condition.
